Once you’ve added the criteria, next step is to compare criteria against each other to establish the relative importance.

Pairwise comparison is the gold standard to prioritize criteria and core mechanism of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).

To Compare Criteria:

1. Click Compare button in the Project Prioritization Criteria pane to load the survey.

2. Once the survey is loaded, start comparing which criteria is more important than the other.

Once you’ve finished weighting the criteria hit ‘I am done’ button to submit.

Note: You can upgrade to enterprise version and invite as many key stakeholders to participate in the survey by sharing the link

CAUTION:

My survey shows INCONSISTENT or CONTRADICTION messages.

If your survey shows any of these messages, it's a best practice to resolve them.

Reassess the survey, identify the inconsistent comparison and contradictions and eliminate them.
